HOW TO MAKE MINI AVOCADO TOAST
Making an avocado toast is about as simple as it looks. You start with delicious toasted bread, and I’ve used a baguette so I could make “miniature” sized toasts. Next, you use a fork to “mush” your avocado and spread it on the toasts. Add on crumbled feta, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkling of everything bagel seasoning! If you don’t have the seasoning, you can make your own with the list below.

- 1 whole-grain baguette sliced
- 4 large avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup feta crumbled
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Toast baguette slices at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or until crisp.

Cut avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice and mash with a fork.

Spread avocado on each toast slice.

Top with crumbled feta, chopped walnuts, and everything bagel seasoning.
You may make more or fewer slices from your baguette which will change your total toast count.
